Devendra Khot filed complaint against Goibibo airlines on May 12, 2020
Dear sirI have booked flight through Goibibo from Nagpur to Ahmadabad travel (GoAir(G****)PNR K*B*UC) date ** march **** by paying amount Rs *****, but i cancelled flight schedule due to Lock down imposed by Gujarat government on ** march all over Gujarat and i am staying in Bhavanagar (*** km away from Ahmadabad) . Goibibo sent message as well as on app that you will be get refund amount **** something within two hr otherwise due to every * hr delay *** rs extra will be paid as per goibibo policy. After one month Goair sent credit voucher of **** Rs only. This is not acceptable.
It has been a while since i am chasing with goibibo to process refund of tickets book with them but despite so many calls with customer support , there is no resolution. Kindly i request you to resolve my matter and plz resend credit voucher of full amount paid.
