Booked ticket from Chennai to Mumbai & back ( on **.**.**** ), id EMT*********. Amount deducted but confirmation not received. Mail confirmation received that booking amount of Rs. **** would be refunded & credited in account with in * working days.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
