Dear Team,
On *st June **** at *:** pm I was trying to make an online payment of Rs.*,**,***/- for buying laptop from Flipkart. But the transaction could not be completed due to some technical issues. My debit card was charged Rs.*****. It was SBI Global Debit Card. The limit was exceed therefore my card was charged Rs.*****.
The amount has been debited from my account number ***********
The transaction reference number is SBIDrCard X**** used for Rs*****.** on **June ** at ******** Txn#****** as shown in the SMS.
I haven't received the refund amount in my bank account yet. Now it's been ** days passed away. Kindly do the needful and also check the below attachment transaction details.
