Muzahir Qureshi filed complaint against Easemytrip.com on Aug 19, 2020
Ticket cancelled in the month of Nov ****, but still the refund amount not received yet. EMT initially blamed Air vistara, but air vistara team gave full details about the refund initiation process from their end I.e. refunded the amount of ****/- vide ACM ********** in the month of of Feb **. Yet, EMT is only asking for more time. It's almost * months, but every time EMT comes up with same reply"Under Process".

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
