Ajio - Refund amount not received

Hi,

I had returned ajio products worth **** with my bank account details to refund to my bank account but they refused and credited to my ajio wallet. I requested them to transfer the ajio wallet amount of approx Rs **** to my bank account and promised to do so.
But now I neither have received the amount to my Bank account not it is in my ajio wallet. It is * rs now. There are lot of issues with ajio. Worst service ever. Customer service is really so so very bad. They try to loot the money in every single possible way. This is totally unfair. I have already faced multiple issues and had come till this point of getting atleast as ajio wallet amount. But now, even that amount is gone.
Please help in getting back my money.
