Hyundai Motor India Limited - Deficiency in service and wrongful denial of warranty claim

I purchased a Hyundai Creta N Line under warranty. The silencer developed severe rusting within warranty period. Authorized dealer denied replacement citing environmental reasons without technical proof. I was forced to repair it outside, incurring cost. This is a case of deficiency in service and unfair denial of warranty. Request intervention for replacement and reimbursement.
