Homelane Interiors - Refund amount and cancellation

We had worst experience with them, last year we had booked interior with
Homelane & had provided token amt of ** K ,they never discussed or disclosed their terms and conditions with us regarding cancellation or refund amout. Recently I got my possession and wanted to start my interior but before starting the work I got opportunity to visit one of the homelane customers house where I was shocked and surprised with the services given to them after spending money of ** lakhs. Now I really dont want to go ahead with them but they are not giving my refund amount back even I said them dont give me the refund but kindly give me some service for **K but they are not willing to do so. I request you it is a hard money for me and for everyone those who are getting cheated by this Home Lane terms and conditions which they dont discuss at the time of booking.
Kindly help me on this.
