Make My Trip Pvt Ltd - Refund amount 83658 rupee pending for last 1.5 month

Around two and half month ago we booked paddav desert resort at jaisalmer for *pax ,for **st December .
Later on make my trip canceled this booking from there self with prior information to us or without consulting with us. Miss Shardha Patel was handling this whole issue , she accepted her mistake that without consulting us she cancelled this booking .
So make my trip managment decided to give us another property with the same price as Paddav was reached at ** thousand rupee .
So they agreed to book Shiv Tara Desert camp jaisalmer wihich was around ***** rupee.
Shardha told us that please pay this amount and instantly i am doing the refund procedure for the refundable amount of ***** rupee on the date (**/**/****).
She also told to wait for maximum * to ** business days .
After completing ** business days we called them about our refund amount as it was still not credited to our account.
Her senior Mr Aman again talked to us and assured to refund within * business days but yet no amount credited.
We are calling to make my trip suport on daily basis but they people are just ignoring us .
Here I am attaching all mail conversation with make my trip suport.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible as we have to decide whether we should go to our trip to jaisalmer or not.
Due to late refund procedure Mr. Aman also assued us to pay upto ***** rupee against our credit card penalty for ***** rupee
So the while amount to be credited is
