Make my trip - Refund against the train ticket

I had booked train tickets from Makemytrip, but the train got cancelled by IRCTC, immediately I got a message on my whats up from Makemytrip that "your train has been cancelled by the Indian railway, Please do not cancel your ticket if your train stands cancelled, we will automatically initiate a refund once we get the same from IRCTC, the process may takes *-* days following the date of journey". IRCTC has refunded the amount of RS **** to Makemytrip on **th September ****, from this date to till now I am continuously following up from makemytrip team through EMAIL, but till now no response received.
