Lokesh Kumar Garlapati filed complaint against Yatra on Oct 5, 2021
Due to repeated international flight reschedules by Qatar Airways, I've requested Yatra to cancel the flight ticket and claim for refund which they've done. It's been more than a month since I requested refund, but I haven't received a penny from Yatra. As per their email, they've clearly mentioned that it'll take ** working days to process the refund and on top of it, banks may take *-* days to credit my refund. Nothing has been done so far regarding my refund amount.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
