Biswajit Dandia filed complaint against Air India Ease My Trip on Aug 4, 2020
Sir,
I am Biswajit Dandia, who had booked a round trip from Bhubaneshwar - Varanasi, and vice versa on *st March **** through EaseMyTrip with EMT id-EMT******** having PNR no- HF*** with Ticket No- ************. But due to the COVID-** pandemic, all flights have been canceled by govt. Now we do not feel safe to travel during this period as my father undergoes an operation on **th May **** at Apollo Hospital, Bbubaneshwar, Due to such circumstances situation he does not have a permit to travel to any other place, he allowed to complete rest during this period. And my grandmother is suffered from illness, not in a condition to travel. I already approached * to * times to EaseMyTrip but they harassed me saying that your issue will be resolved within ** hrs. But till now my issue has not been resolved.
I, therefore request you refund my full amount as per the above-mentioned reason. I shall be highly grateful to you if you grant my request and process it as soon as possible.
