Bharti Gandhi filed complaint against Agoda on Nov 20, 2021
Hi I booked hotel in New Delhi, india with booking number ********* through agoda app for *th Nov after checking the cancellation policy which actually allowed cancellation for the hotel property.
After booking within **-** min I decided to cancel the booking but the app was not allowing me to cancel it and shown error message " this action is currently not available online or through customer service. Since then I am not able to connect with agoda through e-mail or phone because there is no way proper info how to contact them. Plese help. My email address bhartigandhi_**@yahoo.com
