I have booked to and Fro domestic flight ticket through Yatra (TO- Spice Jet - Fro -Indigo) in Jan'** (travel period Apr'**). Because of this pandemic situation flight got cancelled. I have been following with Yatra from the Period it got cancelled, they have credited only TO flight ticket amount (that too after following three months). Am still waiting for my FRO ticket. I spoke with the Airlines directly (Indigo) and they agreed for the refund instead of Credit shell as both the passenger are Aged person. I send the confirmation email to yatra in JUne, Airlines cancelled the ticket and agreed for full refund. Still now am waiting for my refund. Am following many times with them but they keep on saying we will get back to you.Kindly help me to get my refund ASAP. It would be greatfull for you.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
