Dear Team,
This is Packiyaraj from Bangalore and i've planned my vacation on April **th to **th.Using Goibibo booked my flights.Due to Covid ** crisis all flights has been cancelled.Airline has refunded my amount after complaint with Airsewa and they informed me to check with booking agency(Goibibo).Since * week im trying to approch Goibibo with Email,Phone,Chat ,no luck for me.And in FAQ support they mentioned it cant be refunded.Another * years i dont have any travel plan.I need my money back.Please help.
