I had booked a flight via Goibibo ,from manila to new Delhi
Flight cancelled due to corona outbreak (travel bann in india from PHILIPPINES Malaysia and afganistan order from indian govt dated ** march ****).
Total amount was *****(*****+*****) the ***** was from indigo airline for travel from bangkok to new delhi via Kolkata) had PNR BPEWKE which is refunded dated ** march and reflected in account on ** march..
BUT
Remaining ***** from MANILA (PHILIPPINES) TO BANGKOK ..Yet to be refunded
I HAVE an email from Goibibo dated ** April that they have processed my refund(i didn't recieve ***they mentioned over there that it takes *-* days to be reflected in account) , but while checking on online application of Goibibo they are showing the status as
