Very shame till time no refund has been credited in my account despite number of calls to customer care very shame
One of my biggest mistake in life that I visited Lenskart,Fake false commitment, customer support doesn’t know about the issue you have had and pass on the baton to another, I realised it was better for me to go to roadside vendor or purchase the specs from hawkers they are much better than Lenskart.If issue is not solved ,I have no other option than to knock the door of court
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
