I’ve vacated the property stanza living Gateshead house dullapaly with the id : **MMEBA*** on **-**-**** .
You guys have already mentioned that your refund will be credited within ** days from your move out date .
As per that today I should get my refund as I checked my resident app it is telling refund failed and the reason it mentioned is bank account not active , I’m using that bank account in my day to day life I never faced any issue with that account neither with the Upi nor the account to account transfer ,how will that bank account not be active when you guys try to make payment .
Please look after my issue and process my refund asap
