Unacademy NEET Batch – No Proper Demo, Poor Teaching Quality, Refund Deniel
I recently purchased a NEET preparation batch from Unacademy, believing that their teaching standards would match reputed platforms like PhysicsWallah or Aakash. But unfortunately, after enrolling, I was extremely disappointed.

First of all, I was not given any proper demo or trial access. I only received constant sales calls, and due to the pressure and urgency they created, I ended up purchasing the batch, thinking I shouldn't miss out. I trusted their name and reputation.

But the actual experience was nothing like what I was expecting. The platform was difficult to navigate, it took a lot of time to even open the lectures, and once I managed to do that — I realized that the teaching style didn't match me at all. It didn’t help my understanding, and I felt completely stuck.

I tried reaching out for help, explaining that the course wasn’t suitable for me and I wasn’t even able to study properly — but instead of offering a refund, they simply transferred my access to another platform called eJagriti, which I had never heard of, and never agreed to. That platform was even more confusing, and definitely not worth the amount I paid.

This entire situation has deeply affected me — I come from a financially struggling background. The money I used to pay for this course was everything I had saved for my NEET preparation. I didn’t purchase this course casually — it was a serious step I took hoping for genuine guidance.

Now I feel stuck, anxious, and helpless. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, Unacademy has clearly denied any refund, saying their policy is strict. But in such exceptional and genuine cases, some flexibility and empathy should be shown.

I am not trying to blame anyone or spread negativity — I’m only asking for fairness. Either provide what was promised, or please return the money so I can use it for something that suits me better.

This complaint is my final hope. Please look into this matter sincerely.
