I booked the hotel Punjab residency and when i checked in all the rooms were dirty. The room they gave me wasn't cleaned. Hairs were present on the bed. The washroom was totally dirty looked like it was a public washroom. Taps were broken and rusted. Pot wasnt cleaned. Cigarettes were present in the basins.
Due to which i had to check out early as it was very bad
