I have made the bookings from Mumbai to Kochi from Go Air and return from Air Asia. Due to Covid -** Go Air was not operational and also as mentioned by our honorable PM to stay home i was at home. 
As per the attached Go Air has processed the refund for my booking  (Mumbai to Kochi)
I have raised and informed to Air Asia well in advance that I wont be able to travel due to Covid -**  also PM has asked not to move out and stay home and finally my flight to Kochi was not operational so in no ways i could reach Kochi as a result i need my refund on my return flieght to Mumbai from Air Asia which they are denying . I have opened the Case no ******** at Air Asia portal against which they replied me to reach to my travel agent from whom I did the booking and when I reached out to Travel Agent ( Make my trip) they asked me to contact Air Asia as they have not received any refund notification from Air Asia for the mentioned bookings and kept rolling the ball between each other.  
I hope you can understand that due to covid we were not able to reach Kochi so return flight doesn't make sense and when we raised a case with Air Asia during that time it was closed - Case no ******** . Also on **th Oct'**** we spoke to the call center representative who has raised a fresh case no ******** which was again closed saying the refund request is rejected and did not provide any reason. I don't think any airline company cannot stop the refund in such difficult times of Covid -** where the customer could not travel due to COVID ** restrictions imposed by the PM of the country. Also they cannot apply the regular cancellation policy as the cancelation was never done in my case and the reason I could not travel for not on personal grounds but due to pandemic situation across the country wherein Air company should not denial for the refund as the customer is at no fault irrespective whether the flight was operational or not If PM of the country has asked people to stay home I believe we can't disobey the orders, secondly if the going flight was not operational then how the customer is expected to take the return flight in my case if i did not reached Kochi how i will travel back to Mumbai by boarding Air Asia flight. 

From my side to consider the things i also offered Air Asia to provide credit note for *** days which i can avail to travel anywhere in India which again they are not ready to accept what else i can max do to close this matter they are not ready to give my money back which ideally they shoule neither ready to provide credit note for *** days. I am helpless and need your intervention to get this matter resolved ASAP.
Kindly look into the matter and provide me the justice as Air Asia is sounding unreasonable as per the mail with the Nodal officer attached.
