I purchased Model: LG GL-I***RPZL in ****. Since the time of purchase they Fill gas every year, I have encountered several issues with the refrigerator's performance. Initially, I noticed that the refrigerator was not cooling adequately, and the compressor was making unusual noises. When I reported this to the dealer, they dismissed my concerns, claiming that these issues were normal for LG two-door refrigerators.
Subsequently, the refrigerator stopped working altogether. An LG representative was dispatched to address the problem, and they attempted to fix it by cutting pipes and refilling gas. Unfortunately, this solution proved temporary, as the same issues recurred within ten days. On the next service visit, a different representative suggested that the fan unit was defective and charged me between Rs ****-**** for repairs(Every Time). Despite these repeated interventions, the refrigerator continued to malfunction.
The refrigerator has been repaired multiple times within a two-month period, causing significant inconvenience and distress. One service person even mentioned that the compressor was defective but did not reveal their identity.
Given the recurring nature of these problems, it is evident that the refrigerator was delivered with a manufacturing defect. I have paid a considerable amount for this appliance and the ongoing repair costs are nearly equivalent to the cost of a new refrigerator. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and mental distress.
I request that LG Electronics replace this defective product immediately. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, it poses a potential safety risk(Compressor Explode), and any consequences
