Lg - Refrigerator Need to be replaced not getting cooling

We bought LG refrigerator in October and was installed on October ** **** from Reliance DIgital.
From then we had cooling issue, and we never notice since we did not keep ice or ice cream in the freezer.
two weeks back we registered a complaint as ice cream was never getting thickened. we tested with one more company ice cream and then only registered complaint. we were told that we will get a replacement initially, then suddenly they changed telling they will fill the Gas.
Neither the Reliance Digital is not caring or feel ashamed of giving a Defective product nor LG is thinking of replacement and we do not want to fill Gas in a new refrigerator. we were using Samsung for about ** years there were no service done so far. if we need to use after filling Gas we could have used old one itself.
Reliance Digital was pushing us to buy this refrigerator.
