From last * months I have been continuously pinging them and they are not replying.
I have **** points after referring two of my friends.
During pandemic they said you would certainly receive a call back once situation becomes normal.
Now they are saying that we are unable to provide as these points are expired.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
