I have reconnect A.C. purchased in **** with AMC warranty till ****. In april **** my A.C. stopped cooling. As lockdown was there i didn't file complaint. On **th april i filed a complaint. On **th may technician visited after so many phone calls. He said my outdoor PCB is faulty and it is need to be changed, eversince company is unable to change the PCB. I have mailed to there heads yet they didn't offer me solution.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
