I have recieved only a partial amount of the security deposit.
I have paid **** Rs for the connection, and then I redeemed a SET TOP BOX Voucher by paying **** Rs.
The total amount paid was Rs. **** (SET TOP BOX plus connection )
I have received a security deposit of *** Rs only, the total security deposit amount should be **** Rs from **** Rs.
I have contacted customer care many times, and emailed them, It has been *-* months, they didn't solve the issue.
All I have been listening is - "We have escalated the issue to our backend team" for months. I am not able to tolerate this harrassment any more.
