I had ordered Apple watch series * blue watch from amazon but recieved black dial with blue straps watch then i raised a complaint in amazon regarding the issue meanwhile we tried to connect with phone it was not pairing then we contacted apple customer care and he checked IMEI number on dial .Apple team confirmed that it was apple watch series * and its already registered against other number warranty everything got expired. When we conveyed the same issue to amazon team they took ** days for investigation and picked up the item saying that they will refund the amount however after picking up the item they re refusing to refund the amount we paid i.e ***** rs and calling us fraud that we have sent the wrong product and asking us to sent the right product for refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
