Amazon.in - Recieved empty nox instead of smartwatch

I placed an order but no watch in it.I complained they raised investigation.amazon investigation team called me asked if have taken photos.i said i trust amzon so i felt need for photos.they said how would expect refund without photos I replied them is there anywhere written in t&c that customer should take photos to get help and also added if amazon cannot trust its logistics how do u expect customer to trust .they got offended by my reply now they are saying they cannot help either with refund or replacement they say everything went fine my order id is ***-*******-*******.amazon customer care frequently disconnecting my call.pls help me
