Ebay India - Recieved different model phones.

Redmi's * model is available in markit, mi * and redmi *. Both models name is same but both are too difrent. Mi * is old verson phone its single sim and its not suported memory card. And remi * is latest model. Dues sim and suported memory card. E bay was addvotisement for mi * and that time they hide its detail. In detail They dont show any where is its disadvantage.so i think its redmi * model. And i order * handset amount is ***** Rs. After two days i recieved a call for confirmation. So i confirm it. But at ** nov when i recieved i say to e bay that products is confirmed by mistake. I open * piece and * is unopened. Please return it or change the model. But they dont this. Every online company give the few days for customer if customer not satisfied customer can return it. I was send e mail for return in between one hour after delivery. But company not return it. And i want tell u its old phone. Company changed the body of old phone and re sale. Pls help me. Thanks.
