following ebay claim

i order a plant (live healthy *' onwords "black murlberry" plant especially for indian climate.)
i claimed for refund/replacement because i rcvd nothing but just a packet of soil of about **gms, there was no plant as mentioned (it was mention * live healthy plant)
{scenario is actual item was missing ;ie a healthy plant}
how would you feel if you order a healthy live plant and you rcv just a packet of soil,??
my claim was rejected saying my reason is not eligible, but the particular item was covered under eguarentee it was shown on website,
so please help me out and refund my money ,if it was just ***-*** rs i wouldn’t have bothered but its almost *** rs its not small amount its hard earned money
