I had ordered a techbyte usb *.* to *.*" sata **p laptop hard drive adapter cable converter #************. I received junk product instead. I have contacted the seller and ebay with in ** days after the delivery against this (Paisapay id ***********).
Also raised complain in this site : http://ocsnext.ebay.in/ocs/home
When i asked for refund via ebay, they said you need to contact seller and when i asked the seller what is the amount of refund should i get, then no reply from seller after multiple reminder.
I do not know what is the role of ebay on this as they mention in the site (Returns accepted within ** days after the item is delivered)
I would like to get my money refund back. Please help me to get the proper resolution.
