Ebay India - duplicate product

i ordered vivo charger from ebay india site they promise that its original charger have full one year warranty but when i received the product that was duplicate one or even not charging my phone..then i rise complain against this ebay not responded, after some days they call me you have to send the product my address then we will refund your amount i told them why should i you have to take return shipment but they denied and cancelled mt request(claim i,d*******) i loss my amount.. ebay is use less
