I ordered a Firebolt Blizzard smartwatch from their official website on **/**/****
Today on * December ****. I recieved my product. I came to know that my watch is not turning on and not getting charged then I checked backside .. there is one nut is missing.
Unfortunately I forgot to make unboxing video. But I'm sure this fraud is happened while boxing my product.
NEITHER I WANT MY MONEY OR REPLACEMENT until it is proven where this fraud happened.
I want to request to investigate this fraud.
