Fire Boltt - Product was cancelled but the refund isn t initiated yet

On *th July **** I have ordered Fireboltt brillia pro from its official site then I got know that this company has most paid review and the service support is a scam then i quickly mailed to cancel the product but it wasn't cancelled then I refused to take the delivery as written in company policy it was cancelled and reached to warehouse. But the refund wasn't initiated yet I had mailed * to * times about the situations but there was no call or reply just a automatic email to file a ticket and filled that to buy there is no reply, there is not a single track of my order in their site except on their what'sapp and currier service, i don't even have invoice of the product.
