Fire Boltt - Same issue even after repaired by fireboltt Picked up again for repair but not returning the product

I have asked the fireboltt executive for repair which initially denied and then later on they picked the product for repair and returned it. but after repair the issue was still as it is and in mean time I have been shifter to Jaipur location and after that I have requested again for repair to which they had taken the product for repair and now they are not returning it or not giving refund as well which I have asked earlier multiple times on a email. I have a mail trail of about ** mails still the issue is not resolved.
And just getting the apology emails from fireboltt to my email replies.
I have frustrated with the calls and emails of fireboltt claiming that you will receive the product but it didn't.
I can share whole mail trails if this system allows me to share.
I have also shared my alternate contact number with firebolt but still did not get any update and the issue is still unresolved.
