I refused delivery of my Fire-Boltt watch on *th January, and the order was returned to their warehouse on **th January. Despite this, my refund has still not been processed. I have followed up multiple times but received no proper response or resolution.
This delay is unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism. I would not recommend Fire-Boltt to anyone unless they improve their refund process and customer support
