Christy Ann Jose filed complaint against Airtel on May 9, 2018
Dear Sir,
My last couple of Airtel recharges are going in vein. I have recharged my phone twice (Rs.**+ Rs.***) on two different occasions and both the times the balance became *.** within minutes of the recharge for no apparant reason.
Kindly resolve this issue ASAP as I don't want to recharge the no. without getting assurance that this won't happen again.
