I tried to recharge my airtel number using My Airtel app. I selected pack of Rs*** and got **Rs discount from airtel on that. So I had to pay Rs*** for recharge on **th January. I used paytm as payment gateway and done transaction. On My Airtel app it was shown that transaction failed. But paytm showed transaction as successful. I also got a cashback from airtel for the recharge. But my recharge was unsuccessful. Now airtel is not refunding my money back. Also due to the frustration I recently ported out my number ********** from airtel to vodafone. Kindly help me in getting my money back.
