I have done a recharge of airtel pack of Rs.*** through paytm mobile app on * Aug **** the money is deducted and recharge is shown in paytm is successful but the service is started in mobile and on contacting to airtel they to deny about it and it is very difficult to contact paytm customer care and they are not replying to my feed back too.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
