Arijit pal filed complaint against Triple Play Broadband Private Limited on Feb 14, 2023
I have made a payment of ₹*** on **th Jan via Paytm towards my monthly broadband bill.However the same is not updated in Triple play account.
Paytm shows successful payment. Even when contacted service centre Paytm confirmed the payment done. But Triple play broadband is reluctant to provide any update with the issue.
Please help
