Triple Play Broadband Private Limited - New broadband connection not installed

Parveen filed complaint against Triple Play Broadband Private Limited on Mar 24, 2020

I requested for new internet broadband connection. TriplePlay document collecter person promised for installation in next two days if making payment now. I paid the total amount as it has been told by their senior person Ajay that connection will be done tomorrow.
It's been * days nobody called me for that even their customer care number not working. People who called even not picking up the calls.
Person who called first is Chandan and later had conversation with Ajay.
Please help getting this done.
