Triple Play Broadband Private Limited - Deficiency in Services

I have been experiencing a disruptive internet connection in the master bedroom of my flat from day one of my new Triple Play Broadband Connection. I have paid ****/- rupees on **.**.**** and my connection got activated on **.**.****.
I am very concerned about the poor internet connectivity in my master bedroom, and the inconvenience is hampering our work and life to a great extent.
I have already shared this concern with Mr. Pawan Tiwari on day one i.e. on **.**.**** he had given assurance that he'll try to manage a router for your master bedroom for the better connectivity. I called him a number of times on a daily basis from **.**.**** to **.**.**** but he failed to give a proper response, shockingly on **.**.**** he denied and said he can't do anything in this. He lingers on the issue for * Days and one *th day on **.**.**** he spoke to me very rudely. I requested him if he can't provide me proper connectivity in my flat then this connection is of no use for me. I told him to take this connection back if he is unable to solve this issue for which he was dragging from the last * days for which he replied send an email to customer care and disconnected the phone call.

I even sent email to the customer support triple play but no proper response given.

My plan is Tripleplay_New_***Mbps_*Months@****-Data, which I purchased under * months plus * months scheme that means pay to three months get additional * months free i.e. * months.
