I paid * months advance for the plan. However, die to covid situation I had to shift out after one month only. O raise the disconnection request and they also picked up the router. Now it has been more than ** days, nobody is responding on the mail. When I call, they keep arranging call backs from irrelevant teams like recharge team. Nobody is responding on the mail, even after emailing to the escalation email. There has been no response at all.
