HARISH VEDI filed complaint against PayTM on Jan 25, 2018
I've recharged my tata sky account with paytm for *** on ** dec, *** again on ** dec and *** on ** jan. All the three time amount debited from paytm wallet but the recharge not happened. When I complained paytm , they replied that the recharge was successful and to contact tata sky for further query. After that they didn't responded to my complaint. First thing if paid paytm for a service provider and I didn't receive that service, why would I contact the service provider? Second they don't respond again once they replied on a complaint. Kindly suggest what action I can take against them. Filling a case in consumer court or complaint to RBI or both. The amount involved is not big but the way paytm respond to their customer needs to be changed.
