Airtel - Recharge fraud

On * December my unlimited pack recharge got expired so on *th of December I decided to recharge so I checked offers on airtel no ****# then I clicked on new offers there I got an option
On recharge of *** - unlimited calls + ***GB data for ** days so I did the recharge then after few seconds I got message that your recharge is successful you got unlimited calls and *GB data daily for only ** days I called nearly ** times to airtel Complaint service and lodge a complaint then they told me to send the mail I did it then they told me to send the screenshot of that offer on WhatsApp number that they gave I did everything then they are telling we will not solve
I have been cheated by airtel
Please help me
