Dear Team,i have taken Jio new connection on Dec'** & using the same till **nd Mar'** uncertainly there was a technical glitch occurred from then its stopped working ,have kept following JIo care very frequently for resolution ended up with frustration none bothered to resolve my queries ,rather they have closed my query by stating engineer has visited & solved the query,due to frustration have cancelled the connection they said only **** will be refunded out of **** & also have done the recharge on **th mar'** which will not be refunded ,its almost ****+ amount is afford to lose from my end ,please help me on the same
