I booked * rooms in hotel Regenta place Amritsar on **st june **** giving details of * adults and * children with booking id ********* but when I reached hotel I came to know that booking was confirmed for only * adults.
I had to face lots of problems convincing hotel staff, tried contacting agoda customer care but I got no resolution.I even tried cancelling my booking but there was no proper response from your side.
Then I had to pay extra amount despite paying full amount while booking.
Worst experience.
