Bhushan Kumar filed complaint against Paytm on Oct 30, 2019
I had done a UPI transaction on * oct **** through Paytm app. The amount debited from my account but not credited to receiver's account. I had called to customer care and they said to me that the transaction has successfully done but its not done till now its been ** days. I already send the screenshot of receiver's account and they said contact to your bank and the bank said no amount added. Other side receiver called to paytm customer care they were said no amount received.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
