I ordered a Winston * In * Hair Blow Brush through Nykaa under Order ID NYK-*********-*******. However, I received a wrong product instead of the item that I ordered. I immediately raised a return request and provided video proof of the unboxing/received product as evidence.
Despite submitting clear video evidence, Nykaa cancelled my return request without providing a satisfactory resolution. The company has failed to replace the product or issue a refund, causing financial loss and inconvenience.
I request intervention to direct Nykaa to accept the return, issue a full refund and resolve the complaint at the earliest. I am ready to provide all documents, screenshots, and video proof.
