Wrong products delivered & Abysmal Customer Support
I ordered from Bombay Shaving Company and received completely different products from what I paid for. When I tried to resolve this:
Customer care hung up on me twice.
The third agent I spoke to was rude and dismissive.
Their website's "upload" feature for complaints is glitchy and doesn't work.
It is clear they don't value their customers once the payment is made. I am stuck with the wrong items and no support. Avoid buying directly from their site! I will be filing a case with the Consumer Forum if this isn't resolved in ** hours
