Bombay Shaving Company - Missing Products only partial order got delivered

I ordered two items from your company under a single order. However, upon delivery, I received only one of the two items. In other words, I received a partial order while the second item was missing.

Immediately after discovering the issue, I reported it to your customer support team and fully cooperated with every request made by the company. I submitted photographs, videos, package details, and all other evidence requested. I also maintained complete email correspondence documenting my interactions with your representatives and my repeated efforts to explain the situation.

Despite providing all available evidence, my claim was rejected on the basis that the package had already been opened. This reasoning is unreasonable and contrary to common sense. It is impossible for any customer to determine whether all ordered items have been received without opening the package and verifying its contents. The very purpose of opening the package is to confirm that the order is complete and accurate.

I have never claimed that the package arrived tampered with. My contention is that one of the two ordered items was missing from the package. Such an error could have occurred at any stage of the fulfillment, packing, sorting, shipping, or delivery process. Not every missing-item complaint is fraudulent, and genuine cases must be investigated fairly based on the available evidence rather than dismissed through assumptions.

I have preserved the original packaging, the item that was received, photographs, videos, and all communications relating to this matter. These materials clearly demonstrate my good-faith efforts to resolve the issue directly with the company.

As an investor and a responsible consumer, I have no reason to engage in dishonest conduct for the value of a single product. What concerns me more is the company's refusal to fairly assess a genuine complaint despite the evidence provided and the considerable time and effort I have spent attempting to obtain a resolution.

Since the company has failed to resolve this matter satisfactorily, I intend to pursue all remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws. I will present all evidence, including order records, photographs, videos, preserved packaging, and email correspondence, before the appropriate consumer forum and seek appropriate relief, including the value of the missing product, litigation costs, and compensation for the inconvenience and time spent pursuing this matter.

This matter could have been resolved through a fair and objective review of the facts. Unfortunately, the company's response has left me with no reasonable alternative but to seek legal recourse.
